We are looking for an experienced Game producer with a background in game development in indie or AA studios, and extensive knowledge of the Agile methodology to join our fully remote team.
Our ideal candidate is able to work independently and without supervision, has excellent communication and organization skills, and is comfortable with working from home.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work in European time zones (UTC-2 to UTC +2), but we are not excluding other time zones for the right candidate.
What will be your responsibilities?
Overseeing the production of our games, maintaining backlogs and production processes
Helping the team transition to a sprint-based structure, and being an active teacher of the Agile methodology
Identifying roadblocks and production risks, and proposing solutions in order to ensure that deadlines are kept
Providing support for the team’s communication, promoting positive interactions and a positive work environment
Defining deliverables and milestone goals together with the team lead, establishing sprint calendar and team schedules
What do we require from you?
3+ years of game production experience. If your background isn't in game development, you must have work experiences that show similar processes, constraints, and specificities.
Experience with complete product development cycles (from prototype to release)
Strong knowledge of the Agile methodology, and how to adapt it to game development.
Knowledge of project organization tools such as Jira. Knowledge of Codecks is a plus
A team-oriented spirit, and strong people management and interpersonal skills
Clear online communication skills, ability to drive and guide discussions through trust and respect
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously using instant chat tools (Discord).
High-speed internet connection.
Fluent in English.
